An existing client of JDG Media, Sparky People approached us to help implement an online ticketing system and provide customer service for their ‘Tinsel Town’ event at the Trafford Centre in Manchester, which ran daily from the 20th of November until the 24th of December.
To facilitate this, we implemented a simple and efficient ticketing platform which generated over £125,000 in revenue.
Additionally, our rapid customer service provided customers with important updates, alleviated concerns and issued refunds where necessary. By liaising with both the Trafford Centre’s PR department and Sparky People, we were able to effectively communicate any on-site issues or booking errors to the guests.
